No contact details before you meet
No phone numbers, no social media, no links before the date: a filter blocks contact details in both questions and answers.
A safety net on the day
Arrival confirmed on site, someone close to you informed if you wish, an alert button linked to 112, and a message afterwards to check that all is well.
Reporting in two taps
Every report is reviewed by a member of our team within 24 hours, within one hour if it is serious. The person reported never knows who reported them.
Reliability matters
Standing someone up has graduated consequences. The person who was left waiting is offered a free month and moves up the queue.
On the day
A safety net, never intrusive.
One hour before
You each see how to recognise the other (“a burgundy scarf”). No need to exchange numbers.
On arrival
You confirm that you have arrived. Running late? Let them know in one tap: 5, 10 or 15 minutes.
During the date
Someone you trust can be told where and when you are meeting. The alert button calls 112 and sends your location to that person.
Afterwards
A message checks that everything went well. Inappropriate behaviour can be reported in two taps, straight from your feedback.

Every member accepts our kindness charter: respect, honesty about identity and photos, punctuality, no pressure. Breaches lead to graduated sanctions, from a warning to a permanent ban, and every decision can be appealed.
